WIPocalypse Check-in #10

Happy check-in everyone!

Autumn is well underway here in New England. We already have some lovely patches of oranges and reds along the roadways. In my neighborhood, things turn a bit later, so only a few trees are getting in on the seasonal action. By this time next month, though, we’ll be outside every weekend trying to stay on top of the leaf piles!

As many of you have read in my recent posts, the last couple months have been ones of massive transition in my household. I’m now about 15 weeks pregnant, and only now starting to feel like I’m getting into a new routine and feeling better after all of the morning sickness and fatigue of my first trimester. I’ve been falling asleep so early after getting home from work that my normal evening “me time” has been turned into bedtime. I’m far behind on anything stitching related, including any update posts. Hopefully I can remember to get mine up by the end of the weekend! If you’ve emailed me any time since mid-August and I still haven’t replied to you, please drop me another line. I genuinely don’t mean to ignore anyone – it’s just been that crazy here as I’m trying to balance work, a slew of new doctor appointments, and the hormone changes.

I hope you’re all continuing to have great progress – looking forward to seeing what you’ve been up to this month!

Happy stitching,
Mel.

Auto-Linky Help – Internet Explorer is definitely causing problems with the auto-link, and unfortunately it’s something I cannot control. Please use the comment form or email if you cannot get your check-in to show up after a screen refresh..

Cut off Date for this Full Moon – is October 28th.  Please link your post anytime between now and then for it to count toward the drawing.

***************************

Please remember that this stitch-a-long is intended to be fun – so if you’re too busy to post, too busy/ill/etc. to stitch – no worries.  Post when you can and share what you have going, even if you’ve only been able to toss a single stitch into it.  It’s not a race or a competition – we’re all just here to cheer each other on with our progress.  🙂

I know some stitchers were having some difficulty with my blog commenting system when signing up, so I want to try to make this a bit easier/more accessible for everyone.  You can check in in one of three ways:

  • Via Auto-link
  • Via comments (make sure you include your blog address!)
  • Via email – to measiwitch(at)gmail.com, only if the comments are not working.  Again- make sure you include your blog address!
Happy stitching everyone!
